On 30th December 2024, the M.Sc students embarked on an enriching one-day trip to Warangal, a city steeped in history and culture. The journey offered a perfect blend of heritage exploration and natural beauty, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
The students visited the iconic Thousand Pillar Temple, Bhadrakali Temple, and Ramappa Temple—each a masterpiece of the Kakatiya dynasty. These ancient marvels not only showcased stunning architecture but also provided valuable insights into the rich history and traditions of the region.
The day concluded with a serene visit to Laknavaram Lake, a picturesque destination known for its tranquil waters and lush surroundings. Students enjoyed a delightful boating experience, soaking in the beauty and calmness of the lake. It was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Hyderabad, leaving everyone rejuvenated and inspired.
