On October 16, 2025, the B.Com final year students participated in an engaging and insightful classroom activity that revolved around exploring a thought-provoking TED Talk. The session aimed to inspire students to think critically, communicate confidently, and express their ideas with clarity and conviction.
Following the TED Talk screening, the classroom transformed into a space of lively discussion and idea exchange, where students enthusiastically shared their interpretations, reflections, and opinions on the talk’s central themes. The interactive discussion not only deepened their understanding of the topic but also encouraged them to view real-world issues from multiple perspectives.
As part of the monologue practice designed to enhance their communication and presentation skills, each student had the opportunity to express their thoughts individually. This activity helped them articulate ideas fluently, build self-confidence, and refine their public speaking abilities.
The enthusiasm and active participation of the students made the session a resounding success. Such initiatives not only nurture critical thinking and communication skills but also prepare students to express themselves effectively in academic, professional, and personal spheres.
The Department commended the students for their active engagement and looks forward to organizing more such enriching activities that combine learning, creativity, and personal development.
