Sri Sai Degree College organized a Rakhi Making Competition on August 8, 2025, to encourage students to showcase their creativity, craftsmanship, and festive spirit. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for students to express their artistic talents while celebrating the beautiful tradition of Raksha Bandhan, which symbolizes love and the bond between siblings.
Students participated with great enthusiasm, designing and crafting unique, colorful, and imaginative rakhis using a variety of materials. Each creation reflected the students’ creativity and cultural values, turning the classroom into a vibrant display of art and emotion.
The competition aimed to enhance students’ creative thinking and fine motor skills while promoting teamwork, innovation, and appreciation for Indian traditions. Faculty members admired the students’ efforts and creativity, commending their ability to blend artistry with cultural expression.
